Today, I decided to take a break from the daily grind and hit the court with a few of my old university friends. Itβs been a while since we played together, but the chemistry and energy were still there! π
The game started off slowβwe were rusty from the lack of practiceβbut after the first few minutes, everything clicked. Fast breaks, alley-oops, and those unforgettable 3-pointers made it feel like the good old days. The best part? The laughter and playful trash talk that kept the atmosphere light and fun. ππ₯
By the end of the game, we were drenched in sweat but filled with that familiar sense of accomplishment and joy. It reminded me why I love basketball: itβs not just about the sport itself, but the bond and camaraderie it builds.

Hey FitMode Fam! π We had an amazing time at the Los Angeles meetup today! It was great to connect with so many of you in person finally. The weather was perfect, the energy was high, and the FitMode spirit was stronger than ever! πͺπ½π₯ We started with a group workout session at Venice Beachβmixing in some HIIT circuits, core workouts, and agility drills. Everyone brought their A-game, and it was awesome to see both new and familiar faces pushing through each set with full intensity. The beach setup made it even more fun, and we ended the workout with a quick yoga flow to stretch out and relax. ποΈπ§ββοΈ Afterward, we took some time to hang out, share fitness stories, and enjoy some healthy snacks.
